Sandpoint Softball v. Kellogg 4.16.07

My 200 plus mile round trip drive to the Silver Valley was well worth it. The Bulldogs rocked Kellogg High with more hits in this pair of games that Ive ever had the pleasure to watch. The coach looked like a windmill with his waving arm in the coaching box at third. Im sure he had a sore arm after this double header. Our hitters hit, our pitchers worked the corners of the plate keeping the opposition off balance all day and our fielders looked like vacuum cleaners scooping up everything that was hit their way. We clearly hit our mid season stride today and we all hope these 2 wins laid the ground work for the second half of the season. For all of the Bulldog fans who couldn't make it to the game, this is for you. Enjoy!!!

Sandpoint Softball v. Moscow 4.14.07

The ladies brought out their bats today, just not enough of them. Rain dampened the day but not the sprits of the lady Bulldogs. Even though we dropped the game to our division rivals, we gained the confidence that when we see the Bears at Districts the score and the out come will be a different manner. Hang in there ladies, were all proud of you.

Sandpoint Softball v. CDA 4.13.07

Finally, our first home game of the 2007 season, it was nice to be home. The gals showed some of their finest defensive skills of the year but their bats didnt come out to play. Nonetheless, it was great watching our areas finest female ball players play in front of a hometown crowd.
